I still haven't gotten my order, and my emails ain't going through, so I can't even get in touch with them!!

The wax melts from Charismatic Cat are just amazing! I grabbed a bunch during last year's sale, and they’re still holding up great! I've tried other brands, but I keep coming back to Charismatic Cat because the scents are not just beautiful, they’re also more potent and last way longer! I even tried to pass off the other brands to my daughter (who's 13), but she’s onto me and keeps asking for the ‘good ones’. I can’t recommend Jodie enough! Once I run low, I’ll definitely be placing another order!

Great item, nicely packaged. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but that was due to the Royal Mail strike.

The first package went missing 😞 during shipping, but Jodie sent out another one that I got yesterday. I'm really happy with what was inside - Christmas gifts x

Jodie is a joy to talk to, and her communication is top-notch. The products are truly a delight and come at a fantastic price. I absolutely love the ones I've bought. If you ask, they can also put together special gift sets. I’ll definitely return to explore more amazing items. It's a small British business that offers a personal touch, and it's just excellent.

I made my order online on July 8, 2022. An email popped up on July 14, letting me know it was en route. I was eagerly checking for it, but nada! Then on Saturday, July 23, I received another email saying it was on its way. Finally, on July 25, the postman delivered it—three weeks after I placed the order. The envelope only had the product inside: no thank you note, no perks, nothing.

I totally adore Jodie's offerings! I've always been a fan of her wax melts, and I finally decided to branch out and give her reed diffuser a shot—what a strong yet gentle fragrance! I also gave her shower fluff a go, and it's just fantastic; it’s super easy to use, and my skin feels incredible, even with my sensitive skin. I also got the bath bomb and bath dust, but I haven't tried those yet 💙

These wax melts are seriously the highlight of my life. When I spot a Yankee candle bag beneath the tree, I can't help but hope my partner picked up on all the hints I dropped about wanting those charming cat designs. I've placed two orders already, and honestly, getting wax melts feels way more crucial than my grocery shopping. If I had the cash, I'd blow my whole paycheck on this stuff!

Incredible quality items! The wax melts are stunningly packaged and have an amazing fragrance. The scents endure through several uses (I’ve managed up to 6 times!) making these wax melts a great deal.

The bath dust is super nice too! It’s not too strong, just the right amount to make you and the bathroom smell delightful. Plus, they don’t leave a chalky or talc-like feel afterward, and best of all, they won’t stain you or the tub!

Once again, my order showed up nicely wrapped, and there was a sweet little thank you card included. This time, I picked out a wax melt holder, and I’m super happy with it. It’s both simple and classy, and the price was just right. I also grabbed a mix of non-seasonal melts, and I’m thrilled with the beautiful scents that came. They’re all different, but each one is a treat. I’ve shopped with Charismatic Cat a bunch of times, and I’ve always been more than satisfied.

Great selection of items, I got a bunch of wax melts and they all have a delightful fragrance. The aroma when they're in the burner sticks around for a good while as well. Everything was packed really nicely, and there was even a sweet personalized note.

For a couple of years, I've been getting my stuff from Charismatic Cat, and I truly wouldn’t consider buying from another place. Their melts pack a punch and last a long time, plus they always come securely wrapped and in one piece. The customer service is top-notch, and Jodie is always ready to help out with any queries or issues (though honestly, there’s rarely a problem! It’s usually Royal Mail that causes the hiccups 😂🙈).

I've been watching CC evolve from afar since pretty much the start, and wow, the quality just keeps improving! It had been a while since my last order, so I decided to indulge in some melts. The packaging is not only stunning but also practical and secure, and those melt pots are just gorgeous. The colors are vibrant, and the scents are out of this world. So far, I've tried burning Cola Cubes (definitely my FAVOURITE) and Lime Cooler, and both smell incredible with an amazing scent throw. I'm super excited to try more of the foodie fragrances (especially Choc Chip Pancakes & Cornflake Tart 😍). I would totally recommend Charismatic Cat!

I've made about 3-4 purchases so far, and I’m thrilled each time they show up! The wax melts have a fantastic scent and last way longer than those big-name brands! The colors are gorgeous, and I really dig the glitter in a few of them. Customer service is top-notch, even though I ended up figuring out where my order was myself... it was sitting on the washing machine at home!!
